Celtic Safaris is run by Matt Wright who is a member of the Game Angling Instructors Association with an instructors certificate to level 2 in trout. Matt has been a keen angler since childhood. He is the Secretary of the Salmon & Trout Association (North Wales) and the Regional Co-ordinator for the Campaign for Angling.
Matt specialises in wild brown trout fishing in upland areas and knows many of the best locations in the UK. His experience covers loch-style boat fishing, bank and stream fishing. He started the Three Lakes Challenge which involves walking to and fishing three of the highest lakes in Wales in a day. Matt is a keen hill walker and a key part of the holidays he arranges are about exploring the countryside.
